Shipping and Returns

By using our website and our services you will agree to be bound by the shipping and returns conditions as stated below.

Motorcycle Planet always endeavours to have your order dispatched to you within 5-7 working days from when we first receive your order. If you have any problems with the dispatch of your order, please feel free to contact us.

When you place your order with us you will receive two e-mails to keep you informed of the progress of your order. Firstly, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been placed and that it is being processed. Once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched, you will receive another email confirming that your item has been shipped and is on its way to you!

All items should be received within 5 days from dispatch, if you have not received your order within this time please contact us on 020 8361 5151. We need to be advised within 15 days of dispatch should items not arrive, as after this time delivery claims can not be made.

Free online delivery At Motorcycleplanet we offer free online delivery on all orders over £50 within UK Mainland. Please see below for delivery charges to other destinations.

Returns

You may return/exchange any unsuitable goods to us, whereupon a refund or exchange will be made. The goods must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received (e.g. helmet box) within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) request by loggin into your account on our website http://www.motorcycleplanet.co.uk/shopcustadminlogin.asp , click on the 'review previous orders' link where you can select the RMA link. Once completed you shall receive an email confirmation of your RMA request. Please print this out and send it together with the goods to the following address:

Please note that you will be liable for the return postage, unless goods are faulty or damaged. In this case Motorcycle Planet will reimburse postage to you.

We recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package. If replacement products are needed Motorcycle Planet will post these to you free of charge.
