We aim to dispatch your items within 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS from the point of order.
Usually you will receive your order quicker than this, but in some cases there may be additional delays due to special order/back order items. We will always advise you of any issues by e-mail as soon as possible.
Our website is not able to advise you at the point of order on the availability of stock. If you require your order urgently, for a particular date or have any other availability queries please contact us before ordering by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel: 020 8361 5151.
When you place your order with us you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been placed and that it is being processed. Once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched, you will receive another email confirming that your item has been shipped and is on its way to you. You will also receive an email from City Link providing tracking details.
By using our website and our services you will agree to be bound by the shipping and returns conditions as stated below.
All our orders are dispatched by a 'signed for' delivery service using City Link as a courier, which require a signature for insurance purposes.
It is therefore not possible to 'leave' your parcel on your doorstep, behind the dustbin etc. If no one is in to take delivery City Link will leave a card detailing how to arrange redelivery or collection from their depot.
Should this not be convenient you might prefer to specify a shipping address where you know someone will be in to sign for your parcel - e.g. friend, neighbour or work address. As we email you once your order has been collected by City Link from our store you'll know to expect your parcel the next day (UK Mainland deliveries, except Saturday and Sunday).
All items should be received within 1-5 days from dispatch (depending on the destination we are shipping to). If you have not received your order within this time please contact us on 020 8361 5151 or by sending us an email. We need to be advised within 10 days of dispatch should items not arrive, as after this time delivery claims can not be made.
BFPO (British Forces Post Office) Deliveries
Unfortunately, as we are using a courier service rather than Royal Mail, we are unable to offer BFPO deliveries.

When your order leaves our store, you will receive an email from City Link providing tracking details.
You may return/exchange any unsuitable goods to us, whereupon a refund or exchange will be made. The goods must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
In order to request a return/exchange you'll have to create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) by loggin into your account on our website http://www.motorcycleplanet.co.uk/shopcustadminlogin.asp , click on the 'review previous orders' link where you can select the RMA link. Once completed you shall receive an email confirmation of your RMA request. Please print this out and send it together with the packaged goods to the following address:

Please note that you will be liable for the return postage, unless goods are faulty or damaged. In this case Motorcycle Planet will reimburse postage to you up to a value of £10. (To give you an indication: a 4 kg Packet sent by Royal Mail recorded (signed for) first class costs £8.96.) If you need to return/exchange goods from outside UK Mainland please contact us beforehand by calling us on 0044 208 361 5151 or by sending us an email.
Make sure you hold on to your proof/receipt of posting from the Post Office as evidence that you have sent the package. If you have asked for an exchange Motorcycle Planet will post this to you free of charge.
