In the XR-1100, with its concept of “stylish & emotional”, we have achieved a high quality design which delivers passion, technology and ultimate comfort to the rider - whatever the riding style. A distinctive sculpted design from the chin bar portion of the shell to the rear integrated spoiler creates a feeling of speed and style. All ventilation parts are integrated into the shell to create a stylish product.

Safety

  Fibreglass, Organic Fibres and high performance fibres are layered for a shock-absorbent shell with optimum rigidity.
• Modular EPS liner system with a dual density
  Optimised protection through EPS elements with different shock-absorbing levels.
• Mist-retardant CW-1 pinlock visor
  With safety locking mechanism and dual resistance visor seal, fast and simple exchange.
• Double-D ring
  Easy to use and always perfectly adjusted.
• Chin Curtain
  All XR-1100 come with a draught excluding chin guard.

Wearing Comfort

• 4 different outer shell constructions for perfect fit and compact dimensions.
  Sizes: 1) XXS-S, 2) M, 3) L, 4) XL-XXL.
• Low weight of 1,350 g (+/-50 g) for size M, to reduce neck muscle fatigue.
• 3D cheek pads and 3D centre pad for perfect fit.
• Entirely detachable and washable inner liner For easy cleaning.
• Detachable and washable chin strap cover For better hygiene.

Ventilation

• Multiple venting and extraction for optimum ventilation.
• Inlet vents on the upper head area, brow and chin for fresh air supply.
• Four outlet vents exiting from the top of the shell into negative air pressure allow for greater ventialtion.
• Separate visor ventilation for perfect visibility.
• Breath Chamber II for the precise extraction of exhaled air.

Aerodynamics

• Streamlined, compact shape to minimise drag.
• Stylish aero edge spoiler on the rear area of the shell to diffuse turbulent air and increase aerodynamic stabillity.
• Three neck spoilers to further increase stabilty and reduce neck fatigue especially at high speeds.
