Shipping and Returns
We aim to dispatch your items within 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS from the point of order.
Usually you will receive your order quicker than this, but in some cases there may be delays due to special order/back order items. We will always advise you of any issues by e-mail as soon as possible.
Our website is not able to advise you at the point of order on the availability as we not only run an online store but also a motorcycle shop. Therefore our stock level changes continuously. However if your item is not in stock, it is not an issue as we receive a delivery from Givi UK every day. When you place your order with us you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been placed and that it is being processed. Once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched, you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. You will also receive an email or text from Parcelforce providing tracking details.
By using our website and our services you will agree to be bound by the shipping and returns conditions as stated below.
All our orders are dispatched by a 'signed for' delivery service using Parcelforce as a courier, which require a signature for insurance purposes. It is therefore not possible to 'leave' your parcel on your doorstep, behind the dustbin etc. If no one is in to take delivery Parcelforce will leave a card detailing how to arrange redelivery or collection from their depot.
Should this not be convenient you might prefer to specify a shipping address where you know someone will be in to sign for your parcel - e.g. friend, neighbour or work address. As we email you once your order has been collected by Parcelforce from our store you'll know to expect your parcel the next day (UK Mainland deliveries, except Saturday and Sunday). All items should be received within 1-5 days from dispatch (depending on the destination we are shipping to).
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch do contact us straight away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number and full name. Please note that if you do not notify us within this period we may not be able to refund or resend your items.
At Motorcycleplanet we offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £150 delivered to the UK Mainland, £9.95 for orders under £150. For delivery charges to other destinations please see table below: (If your country is not listed, we do not ship there)

When your order leaves our store, you will receive an email or a text from Parcelforce providing tracking details. Please note if you supply us with your mobile number you will benefit from Parcelforce's comprehensive text message system informing you of the whereabouts of your parcel along the way.
You may return/exchange any unsuitable goods to us, whereupon a refund or exchange will be made. The goods must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received. If you do want to return your goods, please notify us within 14 days of receiving goods; you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. If you are not able to meet any of these requirements for return then please contact us by telephone or email before proceeding.
To return goods please follow the below steps:
1) You will need to create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form first of all. You can do this by logging in to your account on our website http://www.motorcycleplanet.co.uk/shopcustadminlogin.asp , click on the 'review previous orders' link and then select the RMA link next to the relevant order. Once you have completed the form you will receive an email confirmation of your RMA request.
2) Package the goods for return. Please ensure if you are returning a kit, that all parts are included. If any nuts, bolts or hardware are missing then we cannot refund/exchange for the full value of the item. In the parcel, please include either a print of the RMA form or your original order details with a note of the reason for return. In case of any query once the goods arrive, please make sure you include a contact telephone number, otherwise this may delay processing your return.
3) Send the package to the following address:

Please note: You will be liable for the return carriage costs unless goods are faulty or damaged.If you return the goods you will be responsible for the goods until they arrive at our above return address. Once goods are received, we will exchange the goods or refund the cost of the item/s returned (not including carriage costs). If you wish to exchange an item for one of a different value then you can request a refund for your current item and order the new item in the meantime, which will cut down on your waiting time for the new item. If goods are faulty/damaged Motorcycle Planet will arrange collection.
